Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over the phone

Providing customers with relevant product and service information

Cross-selling various banking products to customers over the phone

Desired Candidate Profile:

Should be Graduate fresher or experienced (preferred)

Should be able to work in Rotational shifts and night shifts. This is a 24X7 unit and hence should be able to work during holidays

Should have good communication skills.

Graduate with 0 to 4 years of Calling experience.

Salary: 12,500 - 21,500/- Gross + incentives
