roles & responsibilities:

• handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over the phone

• providing customers with relevant product and service information

• cross-selling various banking products to customers over the phone

desired candidate profile:

• should be graduate fresher or experienced (preferred)

• should be able to work in rotational shifts and night shifts. this is a 24x7 unit and hence should be able to work during holidays

• should have good communication skills.
