Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over the phone
• Providing customers with relevant product and service information
• Cross-selling various banking products to customers over the phone
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Should be Graduate fresher or experienced (preferred)
• Should be able to work in Rotational shifts and night shifts. This is a 24X7 unit and hence should be able to work during holidays
• Should have good communication skills.
