They also listen to students' concerns, offer advice, and help them find solutions to their problems.Key Responsibilities:1) Responding to inquiries and providing information about academic programs, admissions procedures, financial aid, and other support services.2) Providing counseling and guidance to students on academic and personal issues such as study skills, time management, stress management, and career planning.3) Scheduling and conducting appointments with students and parents via phone, email, and video conferencing.4) Maintaining accurate and detailed records of student interactions and counseling sessions.5) Collaborating with other academic support services such as academic advisors, tutors, and career counselors.6) Keeping up-to-date with changes in academic policies, procedures, and programs.7) Participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills.8) Providing feedback and suggestions to improve counseling services and support programs.

Make outbound calls to recruit prospective students from the point of inquiry to matriculation. Counseling the students on call, regarding courses and their benefits of upcoming colleges. Responsible for answering any queries from the students.
