Job Title: IT RecruiterJob Summary:The IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in our organization's talent acquisition efforts by identifying, sourcing, and engaging top IT talent. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.Key Responsibilities:[List the primary duties and responsibilities of the position.]Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and interest in the position.Job Posting and Advertising: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on job boards and other relevant platforms. Create and manage job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a candidate pipeline, track candidate progress, and provide regular updates to hiring managers.Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and IT teams to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on candidate selection, and facilitate the interview and hiring process.Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates and assist with negotiation, as necessary, to secure their acceptance.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies during the recruitment process, including EEOC and affirmative action guidelines.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
