The Sourcing Manager/ Senior Associate will be responsible for managing the procurement of finished pharmaceutical products. This role involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sourcing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the industry regulations and market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and execute sourcing strategies for finished pharmaceutical products to meet company goals.- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms for the company.- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure continuous improvement in service and quality.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sourcing activities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and availability of products.- Manage the sourcing budget and provide regular reports on performance metrics and cost savings.- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ResponsibilitiesAs a Crewing Officer you are responsible for recruitment, selection and planning of qualified and competent marine crew, within the approved budget and conforming to the procedures as defined in the Company's Vessel Management System.Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties.Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation, etc.Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents).Assist on all crew issues.Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties.Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.Preparation of crews payroll.Any other duties as instructed by the Assistant Crewing Manager/Crewing Manager.RequirementsMinimum Diploma holder in any discipline.Experience: Fresher or at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Maritime industry.Pleasant personalities mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, take initiative and well organized.Able to work fast under pressure.Ability to multi-task and work independently.
