Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide administrative support On boarding, Exit formalities, Payroll inputs updatesManage end to end recruitment via job portals, consultantsCoordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with operations team.Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client.Assisting MD and Senior Partners in follow-up for various tasks assigned by them to employees.Desired Candidate ProfileExcellent in English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).Excellent command in MS Office (Including Excel, Word & PowerPoint).Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Positive attitude.Please note: Looking for Immediate joiners only having experience in Recruitment, Payroll & Executive Assistant.
