Passenger ServiceGreet passengers warmly and assist them during boarding and disembarkationHelp passengers find seats, stow luggage, and settle comfortablyAddress passenger questions, requests, or special needsProvide assistance to elderly passengers, children, and persons with reduced mobility (PRM)2. Safety ProceduresConduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin and equipmentDemonstrate safety instructions and emergency proceduresEnsure compliance with all aviation safety regulationsAssist during emergencies such as medical issues, turbulence, or evacuationsOperate safety equipment as required3.
