Good understanding of Life Sciences and Engineering Terminology.Handle the entire US recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, submission, interview set up, and final placements.Understand US employment terms, W2, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the USProficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using Boolean Search Strings and online resume database.Submitting quality consultants to Onsite Teams with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisitionValidation of Resumes for experience and verification of work statusResponsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into placements.Work extensively with Recruitment Tools - Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Job Diva, LinkedIn & Indeed.comBuild and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Research, Referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruitingWilling to work from Our Global Delivery Center - Hyderabad
