They specialize in creating compelling and high-performing Landing Pages and Websites that drive results.The Creative Director will lead the design team, develop and execute innovative design strategies that drive conversions, and deliver outstanding client results. You will be key in shaping the company's creative vision and direction, ensuring the work consistently exceeds client expectations.Role & Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships with clients, deeply understanding their needs and delivering top-notch customer service.- Lead the design team to create conversion-focused landing pages and websites that meet the client's business objectives and target audience.- Create Wireframes and Mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, etc, as and when the need arises.- Collaborate closely with account managers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.Skill Requirements:An Ideal Candidate must have:- Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.- Strong understanding of Web design principles, best practices and conversion-rate optimization techniques.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and solutions to clients.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and conversion-focused design work.Eligibility:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design or a related field.Experience:7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.Job type:Full TimeLocation:Karan Nagar, Srinagar - If the candidate is based in KashmirRemote - If the candidate is not based in Kashmir
