As a Voice Process Executive in Valasaravakkam, Chennai, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and provide support. You will need to effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide information about products or services.Key responsibilities include answering calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints, following call scripts when necessary, and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. A graduate degree is required for this position, and previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.
