1. Sales experience in General Insurance domain would be preferable.2. G.I. sales experienced in rural area would be preferable. 3. Responsible for Managing Team, Training and Assigning Work, Communicating With Customers, Ensuring Sales Growth, Building Sales Strategies.

Meeting the farmers on daily basis and selling our products through order booking. Sale the AGRICULTURE products through smart question answers session with the customer and close the sale in an effective manner. Take and Process orders in an accurate manner.
