Under the direct supervision of the Carrier Team Lead, the Manager Specialist will focus on executing all day-to-day tasks surrounding our intermodal and drayage customer needs. This individual will be developing our international drayage operations and partnering with our sales team to provide unique and effective solutions for port and drayage freight. This role will be responsible for end-to-end services and ensuring our clients shipments are properly setup with appointments, drops and picks, as well as loading/unloading. You will play a critical role in building out RLA intermodal and drayage capabilities.The individual will be a liaison between drayage operations team and the customer.
