Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers on the phone to inform them about a product or service using scripts .Answer questions about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Enter and update customer information in the database Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.Should have good command over English and Hindi language.o 3 Months to 1 year of telesales experience can be considered.o Fresher with excellent communication skills are also welcome.o 6 days working with 1 day rotational off in a week.o Salary can range from 12 to 18K basis the callers current work experience.o Work timing:10 AM TO 7 PM .o Benefits: Day shift Attractive Incentives Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
