Tele Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers on the phone to inform them about a product or service using scripts .

•Answer questions about products or the company.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

• Enter and update customer information in the database

• Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.

Should have good command over English and Hindi language.

o 3 Months to 1 year of telesales experience can be considered.

o Fresher with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

o 6 days working with 1 day rotational off in a week.

o Salary can range from 12 to 18K basis the callers current work experience.

o Work timing:10 AM TO 7 PM .
