Job Responsibilities: Direct SalesIdentify potential merchants and enroll them as business correspondents of IndusInd Bank, which will provide banking services in the locality. Customer Management - Manage and build relationships with BMS merchants and build relationships with end-point Customers for business upscaling. Must show good professional communication and influencing skills to tackle customers in the field. Target Achievement & Productivity Deliverance - Meet the month-to-month target of enrollment and liabilities sourced via BC merchants. Must be able to sell Personal Loans/Retail Small Capital Loans. Process and Compliance Must ensure 100% collection efficiency of loans, adherence to business compliance policies, and prioritize portfolio quality maintenance at designated Branch.

JD 1. Managing the existing agents and Recruitment of the New agents 2. Planing and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents 3. Ensuring the agent productivity and activation4. Training and agent life cycle management 5. Brand development by conducting road shows 6. Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction 7.
