Existing Customer database will be provided by company (called the Book of Relations- BoR).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Service through relationship management Establishing and strengthening relationship with the allocated customer base. Ensure retention of in his/her allocated Book of Relations (existing customer database). Act as single point of contact for customers for any customer query/complaint. Identify financial goals of customers and providing financial planning assistance. Competition Analysis for giving professional advice to customer Fix self appointments everyday from the given customer database as per the campaign SalesFocus on cross-sell & up-sell opportunity in allocated customersEnsure successful completion of licensing as per MLI standardsKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIESDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Process & Result orientation Customer centricity & relationship building Basic Computer Knowledge. Good communication skills- English and regional language

Also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis Assisted Insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target.Bancassurance JD :Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same- Meet Business Targets
