Presales:Review new sales opportunities if it falls in scopeUnderstand client needs and requirements.Key the opportunities to enquiry log and maintain the log with complete details on.Route qualifies opportunities to the appropriate suppliers for quotes.Liaise with freight forwarders to have their quotes.Prepare the bid with necessary techno-commercial data within due dates.Interaction with suppliers /assigned territory for follow ups.Post Sales:Review the PO with techno-commercial offer.Prepare the contract to supplier.Technical commercial documents review/seek approval wherever required.Follow ups for on time delivery of the product.Coordinating with freight forwarders on delivery.

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
