Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveJob Description:Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.Client Engagement:Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present products/services effectively.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.Product Knowledge:Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.Clearly communicate the value proposition of the products/services to potential clients.Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our products/services.Address client concerns and objections.Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.Provide regular sales reports to the management team.Market Intelligence:Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify business opportunities.Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.Travel:Travel to client locations within the assigned territory.Requirements:Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Knowledge of the industry and product/service offerings.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
