Plan and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Cost & Budget Management: Develop and manage purchasing budgets. Monitor and optimize cost margins through strategic purchasing. Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor fashion trends and competitor offerings in mens formalwear. Provide insights and recommendations to guide merchandising and marketing. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to plan promotions. Partner with the design team for custom or private label collections. Qualification Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 3 to 5+ years of experience in apparel buying or fashion purchasing (Menswear preferred). Strong understanding of mens dress apparel, fashion trends, and customer behavior. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior relationships with menswear brands or manufacturers. Passion for men's fashion and formalwear.
