Procurement of all materials related to building construction. Liaoning with all project heads to keep updated for requirement. Vendor management, rate analyses, managing payments for them etc. Tracking & on time delivery of material. Knowledge of ERP System. Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible. Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate.
