We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources and hold an M.B.A or PGDM degree. Proficiency in HR software and tools is essential for efficient task management. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality is crucial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are also expected. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations will be a valuable asset.
