Telesales executive

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective clients. Understand customer needs, address their questions, and provide product informationeffectively. Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling, market research, and otherlead-generation methods. Work closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in our CRM system. Assist in creating sales materials and presentations. Learn and implement effective sales techniques and strategies. Receive training and coaching from experienced sales professionals. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.Requirements:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
