Regularly visit customer offices to increase product awareness, establish rapport, and identify new customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, complaints, and queries promptly. Handle queries received via telephone and email, providing written or oral responses as quotations. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer activity and report sales activity to the management team.
