Responsibilities:

€¢ Research and identify potential customers in the market.

€¢ Reach out to potential customers via physical visits to introduce our premium engineering polymer compounds.

€¢ Showcase product features and benefits persuasively.

€¢ Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.

€¢ Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.

€¢ Regularly visit customer offices to increase product awareness, establish rapport, and identify new customers.

€¢ Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, complaints, and queries promptly.

€¢ Handle queries received via telephone and email, providing written or oral responses as quotations.

€¢ Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of customer activity and report sales activity to the management team.

€¢ Source and procure raw materials and supplies.

€¢ Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers.

€¢ Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

€¢ Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.

€¢ Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues.

€¢ Work with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns for new products or services.
