Job Description:Prepare Orders as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for which we will give training.Ensure kitchen hygiene is maintained.Cutting, chopping, peeling, washing food materials used and ensuring proper cleanliness.Assist kitchen staff to clean Utensils used in kitchens (Includes washing and cleaning) to prepare orders.Assist kitchen team for unloading materials from supply chain partners as and when required.To handle food items properly and maintain food safety standards.Cleaning/sanitization of their respective work stations is each & everyones part of the job.For Fresher Kitchen Staff We have fixed CTC of Rs. 15,670/- (Net Take Home: 12064 P.M), for experienced candidates depends on the experience and interviewthere's deduction of Staff room from salary. (Rs.800 - Rs.1200)
Responsible for sweeping and mopping floors between functions and at the end of the day; also when asked by management; Set-up and removal of the food service equipment and tables for the services and breakdown area for banquet servers; Must punch in and out at your scheduled time including breaks and lunchtime.
