We are seeking an experienced CDP Continental Chef to join our kitchen team in Kanchipuram, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in preparing a variety of continental dishes, European and Italian cuisine, bringing creativity and passion to our culinary offerings.Key Responsibilities:- Menu Creation: Develop and design innovative continental dishes, focusing on seasonal ingredients and trends to keep the menu fresh and appealing.- Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and cooking of continental cuisine to ensure high standards of quality and presentation are maintained.- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, place orders, and ensure proper storage procedures to minimize waste and maintain freshness.- Kitchen Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety standards, ensuring efficient teamwork and adherence to hygiene regulations.- Quality Control: Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks on dishes served to maintain consistent taste and presentation.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate must have a diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
