sell of milk and dairy products Any sales people who join the organisation has to do Distributor sales.Products are like Ghee, milk, butter , milk shakes & other dairy productsJob Description:He would be responsible for driving a Channel Sales (Distribution & Retailer) network. He would be also responsible for achieving Sales Targets, for achieving the width and depth of Distribution, in store visibility and execute company's policy & strategies. Will be responsible for sales in Region allocated with key responsibilities in meeting the sales target and ensuring maintaining minimum stocks in the listed stores in the respective areas Will be responsible for ensuring the team is interacting in a fair manner with distributor and orders get passed on and are delivered in time Will be responsible for generating sales reports of BDEs on a weekly/daily basis Will be responsible to keep the team motivated.Ensure distributor is in line with company strategy and is willing to go the extra mile for the company.Negotiate the trading terms with the stores in line with overall strategy and objectives of Place of Origin.QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIRED: Should be Graduate or Post Graduate completed and have working proficiency in English. Should be well versed in local Language. Selling should be his KEY STRENGTH.Candidates with Dairy /FMCG experience in Modern Trade and General Trade with Distributors handling will be preferred.
