Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs. Proactively network and engage with potential candidates to establish long-term relationships.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.2.
