we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team and play a key role in our staff augmentation outsourcing initiatives. the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, sourcing, and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. the talent acquisition specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.

strategic planning:

�� work closely with business team to understand staffing needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans for staff augmentation projects.

�� collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill requirements and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

sourcing and recruitment:

�� utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source and attract top-tier talent for staff augmentation projects.

�� conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with project requirements.

�� manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

pipeline management:

�� build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.

�� proactively network and engage with potential candidates to establish long-term relationships.

compliance and documentation:

�� ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

�� maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.

qualifications:

1. bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.

2. proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter in the it or staff augmentation industry.

3. familiarity with various sourcing strategies and tools.
