We have vacant of 01 HR IT Recruiter Job in Usmanpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Experience Required Collaborate with hiring manager to source candidates for current openings Advertise job openings & source candidates from careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri etc) Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring process. Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first- round and second-round interviews. Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance. Answer candidates queries regarding the application process Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate Help new hires onboard. Issue of offer letter & induction Maintain database of the Present Employees and Left Employees Maintain and monitor budget for all the departmental hirings. Sufficient knowledge of various IT profiles like PHP Developer, Android Developer, Dot Net, Data Scientist, Data Engineering, Graphic Designer, IoS, Django, Power BI, Plotly etc Good understanding of Software development technologies

Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English. Understanding the requirements. Sourcing the candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc also through reference and network. Searching resumes through internal databases, references, and external entities like Boolean searches. Mass mailing through the Job posting LinkedIn Searches. Coordinating candidates for interview Scheduling and tracking the short-listing candidates for the interview. Communication to candidates to find out their suitability per requirement and to know their interests.
