Statutory Compliance & Labor RelationsLegal Adherence: Ensure the company complies with all Indian labor laws, including the Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, and Gratuity Act.Grievance Handling: Act as a neutral mediator to resolve employee conflicts, disciplinary issues, and workplace grievances.Audit Readiness: Maintain all statutory registers and documents for labor inspections and ISO audits. Performance & Talent ManagementAppraisal Systems: Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and annual performance review cycles.Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize technical or soft-skills training sessions for staff and workers.Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and create growth paths to prepare them for future leadership roles.
