Job Summary:The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions along with administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of aviation operations. The role requires coordination with multiple departments, compliance with aviation regulations, and handling employee lifecycle processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Functions:Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)Manage employee documentation & verification (KYC, background checks, airport passes)Maintain HR records & employee databaseAssist in payroll processing & attendance managementHandle employee grievances & disciplinary actionsConduct induction and training coordinationEnsure compliance with labor laws and aviation regulatory requirementsManage exit formalities and full & final settlements Administrative Functions:Oversee office administration and facility managementCoordinate with airport authorities for ID cards, entry passes, and security clearancesManage vendor coordination (uniforms, transport, housekeeping, etc.)Maintain inventory & office suppliesHandle travel arrangements & staff logisticsEnsure smooth day-to-day operational support Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with DGCA guidelines and airport authority regulationsMaintain MIS reports, HR dashboards, and audit recordsAssist during internal and external auditsTrack employee performance and attendance reports Required Skills:Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor lawsGood understanding of aviation operations and airport protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, HR software)Ability to handle confidential information Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in HR / Business Administration / ManagementMBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred) Experience:1-4 years of experience in HR & AdministrationExperience in aviation, airport, or hospitality industry preferred Salary Range:3.0 LPA - 12.0 LPA (Depending on experience & location) Additional Requirements:Willingness to work in shift-based environmentAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environmentImmediate joiners preferred
