key responsibilities:
1. **recruitment & hiring:**
- identify, screen, and hire candidates as per protijogis requirements.
- conduct interviews and select suitable candidates for various roles.
- build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. **training & development:**
- provide training to new hires on company policies and job roles.
- organize skill enhancement programs for employees.
- monitor employee progress and provide necessary guidance.
3. **target setting & achievement:**
- define realistic performance targets for employees.
- monitor progress and ensure goal completion within deadlines.
- provide motivation and support to improve efficiency.
4. **field & area management:**
- manage and supervise **field executives** and **area managers** across different districts in west bengal.
- coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth operations.
- resolve issues and provide support for on-ground activities.
5. **employee monitoring & performance evaluation:**
- regularly assess employee performance and provide feedback.
- implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- maintain records of attendance, productivity, and work reports.
6. **hr administration & compliance:**
- ensure hr policies align with company goals and legal regulations.
- maintain employee records and handle grievances.
- promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
