Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to manage and grow sales with existing retail partners. This is a field-based role, requiring regular visits to retailers to maintain relationships, drive sales, and ensure smooth operations. The candidate will work directly for the distributor and play a key role in achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:* Visit existing retail partners regularly to strengthen relationships and drive sales.* Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution at retail * Monitor stock levels at retailers and coordinate with the distributor for timely replenishments* Identify and resolve any issues related to product supply, pricing, or customer concerns.* Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customer preferences.* Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Find new business opportunities and customersContact potential customers to showcase company products or servicesDevelop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with themNegotiate prices and terms with customersPrepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activitiesWork with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Role and ResponsibilitiesCommunicationResponsible for handling all customer enquiries over telephone and email.Ensure all enquiries are responded to on the same working day.Customer ServiceProvide information in a calm and patient manner.Capture the requirements and avoid confusion on the booking calendar.Reduce the number of missed calls. (No Missed Calls Should be there in the EOD)Conversion RatioRatio of enquiries received and confirmed bookings.Upsell wherever possible. Provide alternatives to customers.Able to negotiate and close the deal.Database (Kylas CRM)Responsible for maintaining a database of all such enquiries.Keep track of regular bookings. Maintain a database of all regulars for the various activities.Track and update the birthday booking calendar. Ensure a separate database is maintained.Coordination - EventsEnsure that all the stakeholders or other departments are informed and so that their contribution is on time for all the events.
