job summary:

we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven area sales officer to manage and grow sales with existing retail partners. this is a field-based role, requiring regular visits to retailers to maintain relationships, drive sales, and ensure smooth operations. the candidate will work directly for the distributor and play a key role in achieving sales targets.

key responsibilities:

* visit existing retail partners regularly to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

* ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution at retail

* monitor stock levels at retailers and coordinate with the distributor for timely replenishments

* identify and resolve any issues related to product supply, pricing, or customer concerns.

* collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

* work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
