The role offers structured training and a clear path for growth in a high-demand industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through field activity, referrals, and local networking.Sales Execution: Pitch, promote, and close sales of health insurance products to individual and SMB customers.Territory Management: Operate within an assigned geographic area post-training.Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.Customer Engagement: Educate prospects on product offerings and ensure excellent after-sales service.Training & Development:3-Day Classroom Training: Comprehensive learning on products, compliance, and sales techniques.7-Day On-the-Job Training: Hands-on experience in the field, working alongside experienced mentors.Candidate Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in Insurance, Banking, or NBFC sectors.Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.Age: Must be below 40 years.Mobility: Should own a two-wheeler for local travel within 34 km of assigned area.Compensation & Benefits:Fixed Salary: 25,000 35,000 per monthIncentives: Performance-based incentive of 1520%Reimbursements: Petrol allowance for local travelAdditional Perks: Structured career development with continuous training and support
