role summary:

we are seeking highly motivated field sales executives to join our growing team to promote and sell health insurance plans to both retail (b2c) and small & medium business (smb/b2b) customers. the role offers structured training and a clear path for growth in a high-demand industry.

key responsibilities:

lead generation: identify and generate leads through field activity, referrals, and local networking.

sales execution: pitch, promote, and close sales of health insurance products to individual and smb customers.

territory management: operate within an assigned geographic area post-training.

target achievement: consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

customer engagement: educate prospects on product offerings and ensure excellent after-sales service.

training & development:

3-day classroom training: comprehensive learning on products, compliance, and sales techniques.

7-day on-the-job training: hands-on experience in the field, working alongside experienced mentors.

candidate requirements:

experience: minimum 1 year of field sales experience in insurance, banking, or nbfc sectors.

language: fluency in kannada is mandatory.

skills: strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.

age: must be below 40 years.

mobility: should own a two-wheeler for local travel within 3��4 km of assigned area.

compensation & benefits:

fixed salary: ��25,000 �� ��35,000 per month

incentives: performance-based incentive of 15��20%

reimbursements: petrol allowance for local travel
