Job Responsibility :Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:Tender / GEM Bid SearchingBid Preparation- Technical Bid & Price BidE-TenderingE-BiddingReverse AuctionsLive AuctionsVendor Registration for Limited tendersShould have proper knowledge of Direct Purchasing , Golden parameters , PAC bids.Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bidSubmit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of tendersCoordinate with the respective dept., for document procurement in process of tendersReporting bidding status online/offline on daily basisMIS Reports for preparation on regular basis regarding participated bids including EMD DetailsTracking status of Tenders/Bids offersFollow up with Vendors/OEMs/Departments/Clients for bids/tendersPreparing competitive bidders comparison sheetMaintaining Customer Relationship with existing/new clientsWell versed with document controllingShould quote the bid as per the compliance of the bid/tender.Qualification : Any Graduate
