Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our team at Sayajigunj. Data Management:Maintain and update records in the companys database.Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and timeliness.2. Compliance & Reporting:Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Generate and present reports as required by management.Required Qualifications:Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).Skills:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Job Details:Employment Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
