Lead Engagement: Call marketing-generated leads promptly to introduce real estate projects and capture buyer interest.Prospect Qualification: Assess buyer budgets, timelines, and property preferences to filter high-intent customers.Pitching & Presentation: Explain project configurations, unique selling propositions (USPs), location advantages, and pricing structures.Appointment Scheduling: Convince qualified prospects to book on-site visits and coordinate schedules with closing managers.CRM Maintenance: Update lead status, interaction histories, and follow-up reminders daily in the CRM system.Database Pipeline Nurturing: Follow up consistently with cold, warm, and re-engaged leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor pricing, local infrastructure changes, and real estate market trends.

Must have good communication skills written and verbal.Must have knowledge or experience Tele Sales/Tele Marketing.Must have good convincing skills.Must have sound knowledge of operating computer or laptop.Early joiner preferred.This is work from office.Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)Working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
