Key Responsibilities:CRM System Management:Oversee the company's CRM software and databases.Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data records.Customize CRM system features to meet the needs of various departments.Customer Data Analysis:Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.Customer Engagement:Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and communication strategies.Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.Performance Tracking:Track and report on key CRM metrics, including customer retention rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.Use data insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified customer experience.Provide CRM-related training and support to team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in CRM management or a related role.Proficiency in CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.
