We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Kothrud, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience in sales and a graduate degree. This full-time position is office-based and is open to female applicants.Key Responsibilities:1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media to build a pipeline of potential clients.2. **Client Engagement**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.3. **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight product features and benefits, addressing customer pain points effectively.4. **Follow-up**: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.5. **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to track progress and manage sales forecasts effectively.Requirements and Expectations:The candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Pre-requisites are- for Inside sales - Position 2 Nos- 2-3 year of experience in IT Product sales like Hardware , Software ,IT Services - Good English Communication skills with drafting - Immediate joining will be preferable or Max from 1st Nov 2024 - Cost bracket 20K CTC PM + incentives
