In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and selling insurance products over the phone. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies to meet their requirements- Achieve sales targets and goals on a consistent basis- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales effectiveness
