As a Customer Service Executive for our international voice process, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients across various regions. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, striving for first-call resolution.3. Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.8. Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.Qualifications:- Any Graduate is preferred- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment, preferably in an international voice process.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Job Role and ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer emails regarding product issues, order processing, invoicing service and general client concerns.Analyze active application files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the process.Responsible for a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.Work with the management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies.Complete applications in a timely manner.Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.#customersupport #customerservice #customercare #bangalorejob #jobinhalasuru #job #jobs
