KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Service through relationship management?Establishing and strengthening relationships with the allocated customerbase.?sales of Insurance/ Mutual Funds/ CASA/ Investments/ Loans/ Real Estate.?Ensure retention of in his/her allocated book of relations (existingcustomer database).?Act as a single point of contact for customers for any customerquery/complaint.?Identifying financial goals of customers and providing financial planningassistance.?Competition Analysis for giving professional advice to the customer?Fix self appointments every day from the given customer database as per thecampaign?Team Development (Subject to assessment)Sales? Focus on cross-sell & up-sell opportunity in allocated customers.? Min experience 1 2 Years in Lap / Housing Loan / Mortgage , For LAP- We need experience in Secured loans, LAP only.Qualification Graduate .Salary max can be offered upto 3.5 Lacs. Very few exceptions above that. Also, immediate joiners would be preferred.On the incentive part as an indicative figure, you could talk on the below :For secured , anyone doing business of 12 to18 lacs has the capacity to earn 16k-17k per month.
