The ideal candidate will have a diploma in culinary arts and 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Need a chef who knows how to deal with Chinese and Continental Cuisine. Somebody who has the mindset to handle big orders and knows how to work under pressure.

The Head Cook must know how to control a team of 5-6 people under him. He must know know to prepare a requisition and work in coordination with the F&B HOD and COO of the Company ad we have a Banquet as well. He must know Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Bengali and a few South Indian dishes.
