We are looking for an experienced Indian Cook to join our team in Kota. The ideal candidate should have between 3 to 8 years of experience in Indian cuisine and a strong passion for cooking. Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of Ingredients: Chop, marinate, and prepare various ingredients needed for cooking Indian dishes, ensuring freshness and quality.- Cooking and Presentation: Cook a variety of traditional Indian meals, including curries, breads, and rice dishes, and present them attractively to enhance the dining experience.- Menu Planning: Assist in planning the menu according to seasonal ingredients and customer preferences, ensuring a diverse offering.- Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen, adhering to health regulations and protocols.- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting in ordering and ensuring that nothing is wasted.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during busy hours.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a solid understanding of Indian cooking techniques and flavors. Strong physical stamina to handle kitchen demands is essential. Attention to detail is important for both taste and presentation. Applicants must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Follow recipes: Strictly follow recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in food quality.6. Assist in kitchen inventory: Support in checking and maintaining stock levels of ingredients and supplies.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Basic cooking skills: Should have a good understanding of cooking techniques and common kitchen practices.2.
