Indian Cook - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Indian Cook to join our team in Kota. The ideal candidate should have between 3 to 8 years of experience in Indian cuisine and a strong passion for cooking.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Preparation of Ingredients**: Chop, marinate, and prepare various ingredients needed for cooking Indian dishes, ensuring freshness and quality.

- **Cooking and Presentation**: Cook a variety of traditional Indian meals, including curries, breads, and rice dishes, and present them attractively to enhance the dining experience.

- **Menu Planning**: Assist in planning the menu according to seasonal ingredients and customer preferences, ensuring a diverse offering.

- **Food Safety and Hygiene**: Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen, adhering to health regulations and protocols.

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting in ordering and ensuring that nothing is wasted.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during busy hours.
