As a Relationship Manager in our Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing partnerships with two-wheeler dealerships. Your primary focus will be on marketing our company's services, ensuring dealer satisfaction, and facilitating insurance sales through strategic collaborations. This role demands frequent travel within the assigned territory to engage with dealership personnel and uphold the company's standards of excellence. Location: Coimbatore, Vizag, Kurnool/Tirupati, Thiruvananthapuram, Aurangabad, Tinsukia/DibrugarhResponsibilities: 1) Strategic Relationship Management: Conduct regular visits to dealerships within the assigned territory to comprehend their needs and align our services with their expectations. Roles and Responsibilities-Responsible for recruitment and management of representatives.-Train and motivate team members to provide a better understanding of market/products.-Monitor and review team members performance, help them achieve maximum business.-Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.-Attending morning meeting to discuss strategy for the day-Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with clients.-Focus on generating new business.-Desired Candidate Profile-Experience: 1 years of experience is required in broking house.Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.

-Achieve revenue target of 1.5 times of CTC-Contact the prospects (customer) through various sources-Leads from events / seminars, etc-Own references-Convince customers to open an account with MSEFSL and achieve the monthly client acquisition targets-Manage customer relationship through effective resolution of their complaints / issues-Be abreast of the market trends and competitors strategies-Portray & maintain a consistent image of MSEFSL in front of the customers vis--vis competition

Increase sales through the identification and cultivation of new customersDevelop a detailed data base of potential new customer/clients for thebusinessArrange introductory meetings for senior management and prospectivecustomersPlan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating themanagement team on progressOrganisation and coordination of all promotional activitiesOrganising and attending trade shows and exhibitionsPreparing and maintaining all promotional materialsManaging and updating of company web site
