We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef 1 with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our kitchen team at Holiday N Holiday Beach Resort & Spa, Havelock, Port Blair. The ideal candidate will assist the kitchen staff in preparing delicious meals while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities:1. **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of ingredients and help in cooking under the supervision of senior chefs. This includes chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and following recipes with attention to detail.2. **Quality Control**: Ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards for taste and presentation. Regularly check the freshness of ingredients and maintain consistent food quality.3. **Kitchen Hygiene**: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by following health and safety regulations. Regularly clean workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a safe food preparation environment.4. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
