should have knowledge of Chinese continental south Indian, Indian food Freshers from culinary background. Assist in Food Production & planning. Menu Planning, Food Preparation & service. Assist in developing & implementing sales & marketing strategy.To head and manage all Food preparation related activities.New Product DevelopmentShould have good RnD experienceOverall planning and management of kitchen operations.Develop new innovative food concepts from company product lineEnsure highest quality standards are met for food safetyRecipe managementKitchen staff management, hiring, training and developmentDevise strategies and processes to ensure consistency in taste and quality of foodEnsure upkeep and maintenance of kitchen and equipment

The Chef should be well versed in any two of the following cuisines: Indian (Either Curry & Tandoor or Both), Continental, Bakery, & or Oriental. We require qualified Chefs (Sous / CDP / DCDP) with relevant Qualifications with hands-on experience working in Restaurant / Corporate kitchens.
